Hi guys, trying some dredging in a local creek. The farmer has told us that a portion near the access track has been done so we’re still trying to find some virgin/better ground . We dredged on Monday for 2.4g and Tuesday for 6.6g. It’s paying wages but we always hope for the jackpot!

I think the key is to get the mould nice and hot and keep the gold liquid for a bit. At the start I used to pour it into a cold mould and it looked like crap

I would have posted a pic of the gold l got today but it’s back at the house, l am pissed and at my gate to check messages. Come to think of it l am at my gate drinking whisky. Oops no it cant be gold l found today because one member said theres no gold on my place…ok so l found a few grams of fools gold today. Now that l have come out of retirement and we have a gold claim, oops a fools gold claim ( for my cobber and sons sake) l might…or might not…post a few pictures. Maybe. Right off back to the house to have a few whiskeys…oh yes and the weathers fucking shit.

So not something I just got today but I’ve had an ice cream container full of crap/left overs I just couldn’t be bothered processing for the little gold in it,taking me a whole day using gold wheel and panning not to bad I might get a beer (upload://oG6JnvQziCbiGnWOeyNqLcQNIqS.jpeg)
