Love your build! I am looking to add a classifying screen like you have to my subby. Do you have anymore pictures like how the hose dumps onto it? Also any issues with it or things you would change about it?

Not too many issues with it. Big one is specing the pump to the jet size. A proline hp400 runs this okay. But a hp500 or bigger would give it much better pulling power. I should have put the sump on the other way round as with it hanging out the back i have to block the whole lower section off as bigger stones worked themselves in under and blocked the out take from the sump. Awsome in small creeks. Would run a surface unit anywhere else though as they are just less admin once you have them in the water

Thank you for the pics! Is it a 5 or 6” and is the sluice/classified section running under the water? I run a HP200 with my 5” subby, but I am not using a hose so it doesn’t have to pump very far.

I put the hose on it to reduce and chance of tilting it side to side and makes it more user friendly. Also means i don’t have a high pressure jet right over top of my riffle set.

Run it as close to fully submerged as possible air/water interface causes turbulence and found they like to run slightly uphill to the exit slows the flow and gets the gold to drop they do loose quite alot but they are portable
Its a 6” body of the tube steps up to 8” for memory
