This could be an excellent resource for us Paydirt gold seekers!!
Easy access to the Lyell DOC campsite from Main Highway, around 18 campsite, toilets and water on site. Dog on lease allowed. Excellent track signage (watch for mountain bikers)
Sand flies will keep you on the move, they are thick. Some very interesting gold history in this area.
