hunted today with cosmo and son had some silver each best of the bunch for me was a 1840 vicky sixpence in not bad nik,interesting relic was a silver band to a irish peterson pipe,pipe maker to sherlock holmes.good hunting.

Hell that’s a not a bad sixpence there Roy. They where first issued in 1838 and have what is called the “Young Head” of Victoria. Real nice find for NZ. Congrats.
