Bloody funny bunch up there dude was trying sell 6 inch dredge 4 inch dredge and claim closest to town for some pretty big bikkies he wouldnt answer none ya quesrions turns out he had water discharge paperwork all good there but council wouldnt let it transfer over and werent issuing any more on that river. So ya would of ended up $85 k down with a claim but with 2 dredges ya couldnt ever use lol.
