Hi guys. I have made a small batch of crevice scraping/cleaning tools. Ideal for hooking out bits of gold jammed into tight cracks & crevices, or just for raking & cleaning out crevices to see what they might be harbouring. Also good for using the claw/hook to lever & brake open crevices, within reason, or prizing out or loosening hard packed rocks & stones. I find these invaluable when I am out gold detecting, dredging or sniping. Many of you will be familiar with Levi Triffitt of Tassie Boys Prospecting & Rob Parson’s you tube channels sniping for gold in Tassie using similar tools.
I just went about fabricating my own & thought I would put them out there & see what interest there might be.
Large: 400mm long with an 80mm claw from the top or 60mm from under the shaft. $70
Small: 235mm long with a 35mm claw from top of the shaft or 30mm from under. $40
For both $105
Cheers.
