These look like awesome products, my only suggestion for improvement is it’s risky sitting the exhaust outlet and plumbing higher than the engine, I have had one made by someone else, very similar design, the hot stainless exhaust would gather condensation in evening, that dripped into engine making it steadily more difficult to start on cold mornings… Luckily being a genuine GX Honda it didn’t kill it before we figured out what the issue was

Its definitely something I have thought about and am now running the exhaust tube thru the dome end cap abit so there is effectively an lip on the inside that would catch any condensation from entering the exhaust port via the exhaust tube and then obviously drying off once running and hot again. It does not have to be lower. Being lower becomes a mounting issue where each unit would then have to be custom to suit dredge make or model or set up etc as everybody’s set up is different. This unit will mount and fit any 6.5hp without the need of custom mounting points no mater what dredge or set up
