Has anyone else noticed how all available ground with a sniff of gold in it is being snapped up at the moment. Loads of new applications goin in that can be seen on the permit map. It’s the 2024 gold rush!

Are they small claim holders applying?
I think its fair to say that claim values will follow the lead and becomemore expensive. Where there is demand thats normally the case… gold fever in its element.
