I have a gpz7 for sale original owner had plans to go to oz but never did. lived in the North Island so it sat for 10 years in its box in as new condition. Ive had it upgraded to 2025 features.
I will be in the South Island for 3 weeks from this Monday(12/1/26) if anyone keen for a look see.
reason for selling: I already have one and one in each hand is too much evrything comes with it even the box.
Most likely detected the bigger bit & the smaller bit was a bonus once you got down to the bigger bit. Happened to me a lot with the GPZ 7000. Always pays to re check the hole & your dig out pile. Even with a detector with a smaller coil. The Zed is a beast on deeper gold.
I always took my GM 1000 with me when using the Zed. Always paid off. While the zed is a beast for depth on bigger bits of gold, & admittedly not too bad on smaller bits at depth either, but after retrieving the source of the signal & then using the 1000 down in the hole & also the spread out digging dirt pile it usually paid dividends. Often multi bits of gold. The 1000 a good pin pointer too down in a deep dig. Often with just the ML coil the target could be in the side wall & you dig on down past it.
Yes, about time the weather came right. Good luck out there.
