Just got my gast pca10 dive compressor and there isnt a hell of alot of information on how to plumb them up, obviously 2 inlet and and 2 out but are they the top ports or side ports also is it ok to plumb the 2 outlets to the 1 inlet on tank? any info would be great and pictures even better
just looked at mine the top ports go to air intake , the bottom to reserve tank to diver , i did have a T joiner and was running 2 airlines no issues , try that with a T80 you gotta take turns at breathing lol
2 top ports are air intake. Back ports and front ports are outlet. Use only one outlet other side must be pressure release valve. Valve is adjustable depending on your air consumption. If you run both outlets without a valve into your air tank/lines you’re asking for high pressure problems in system.
i was just a bit confused because going from pictures from keene, the inlet ports are on the pulley side but plugged off and the top ports have fitting which i thought would be the outlet and then the other side ports, 1 has the PRV and the other is open.
Those are small filters on pulley side. If you’re running a petrol engine you have the long intake hoses and go from the top. And block off the front ports. The hose tail fittings from the front would be a problem.
