very tempting at the moment but just not sure id make enough to pay my weekly expenses would at least need to go on rock and roll as well .

The maths works, but the reality is a different story.
Floods are the biggest problem, especially here on the coast. Also depends on your financial situation.
Mortgage free etc. Full time takes a fair bit of the fun out of it. I find its no better than wages, but I love it.
Wouldn’t do anything else these days.

It depends entirely how good your dredging claim is as to whether it is worth it or not.
