Fluid Bed River Sluice. Any good? Any demand for them?

The fluid bed sluices need plenty of water and the west coast fossicking places are very low at the moment

I truly hope you haven’t gotten into any trouble.
As one who understands the patent process, and repercussions of patent infringement, I wanted to come in as one who doesn’t like seeing others with good intentions, get themselves into a bad situation.
The Bazooka Gold Trap patent, at this time is abandoned.
However, it is still on file, and very much protected intellectual property.
The original inventors name is Schmidt, patent number 5476177
By now, he is decease, as he was up in age.
However, the Patent Trademark Office, if alerted, would certainly go into action.
The other inventor you would need to watch out for, and very much alive, is Bell.
Patent number 9861989
He tried coming after me just months before my patent was granted, claiming that I was infringing on his patent!
It cost me a good chunk of change to prove him wrong, knowing full well that he was 100% wrong.
And I am convinced, that he alone is the real reason why Grizzly went out of business.
Again, I know the process. And I can tell you, Grizzly 1- didn’t have a patent, and 2- couldn’t have gotten one if they tried.
Their design was too close to Schmidt’s patent / Bazooka.
And that is how Bell knocked them out of the way.
Grizzly claimed it was due to a mold failure. But, I know otherwise.
As for what you have come up with, apposed to my design, patent number 11273452, it is of Zero concern to me.
You are in no way infringing on my patent.
I simply wanted to come in and give you a heads up.
Along with other prospectors as well. We all love to build, and or modify stuff.
Which, if it is for our own use, is Totally legal. And nothing can be said or done about it.
However, if you build, with the intention to sell, that’s where the trouble begins.

Heavy pans in 2025 fellow prospectors.

I have a prospector bazooka gold trap which is my go to sluice when water is plentiful. I do like the green mountain design as it is transparent and enables you to see what is going on.

Any chance you will be selling green mountain products in NZ?

Currently, I have three in New Zealand from folks who have ordered.
However, the cost for shipping and all the customs stuff is expensive.
There is a link on the website for international orders.
I give a link on that page for you to get a MyUS Shipping address.
They handle all of the customs paperwork.

I have viewed GMGT story on you tube. Good on you for going for it and hopefully its rewarding you. Are you still a one man operation or are you expanding.
