Today was a bonus detecting afternoon at the beach given that the rain never materialised, and what a day it was!
Highlights,
- First toy car (looks to be 30 or so years old)
- 1949 nz half penny in pretty good condition… One of my favourite nz coin designs
- Awesome 9k gold signet ring. based on the hallmark stamps I’ve been able to track it down to a jewler in Birmingham, I believe the ring is from 1931, however the year stamp could also suggest 1854 (however I think 1931 more likely).
- Heaps of lead weights…
