Has any one of you used the DW100 & 180 water pumps on your dredges?
I have been struggling to find water pumps & compressors off Proline & Keene distributors for a 4”, even reached out to both suppliers in the states.
I have decided to order from overseas, (engine, pump, compressor) and will have 1x DW100 and 3x DW180’s as surplus if anybody is chasing them.

Yep awesome pumps for the money, also the new compressors from Qingzhou are amazing. The only thing I would stay clear of is the pre made dredges.

I decided to order the pre-assembled GX200, DW100 & R1080 compressor + extra pumps in case anybody is struggling to buy them.
DW 180 I mean. Yeah… I wasn’t too interested in buying the whole 4” dredge, looked a bit cheap & nasty
Gav, did you purchase 16mm? Only ask as the supplier said no to imperial
Interested to hear how you get on, the only thing that put me off buying a dw180 was that it seemed like the pump wouldn’t mate directly onto a genuine honda gx200 PTO
Bloody good point mate. I am having my GX200, DW180, & R1080 compressor assembled at the factory. I’ve asked for 3/4 Keyed Shaft as 5/8 threaded doesn’t exist, but 16mm does.
Are they the Chinese T80s Gav?
Pretty sure all the pumps I had where 3/4” key shaft with the bolt through Center of impeller, it’s been a while now though?

I spoke to the supplier yesterday, only 3/4 available is for the 350 prototype, not the upgraded 180 (N1080) which are only available in 16mm. Hence ordering the GX200/pump/compressor combo in 16mm.
