Heres a dredging claim with resource consent for sale on Trademe
Wow 80k and you can only use a max of a 4 inch dredge for 4 months of the year. The area at the bottom of the claim near the hotel has had an excavator and trommel go through and the rest of the river been pretty well gone over with suction dredges since the 1980s. Some nice golds come out though.
Some nice gold in the terraces , does the claim include the banks? Is highbanking permitted?
