Hi there. Yes, every possibility. What detector do you have in mind? I require the full new cost price of the detector as a bond that is refundable on its return, less the hire fee. I guess you can work out why that is.

Hi there Steve. Ok, cool. What areas are you planning on? I only ask because the VLF detectors (gold monster for example) aren’t a fan of high concentrations of iron sand but deadly on small shallow gold. Are you planning on going into creeks, submerging the coil?

Thanks for that. The coil on the gold monster is water proof so no issues with submerging it if you want to. The detector housing isn’t waterproof though. Are you happy to use the gold monster? It is very simple in its operation & has two coils. I always use the little 5" one. Most people do. What is your knowledge/experience of using gold detectors? I will need to provide you with a charger if you are planning on 4 days with it. I can supply a mains charger & a 12 volt car cigarette lighter socket charger & or an alligator clips on to battery terminals charger. You are spoilt for choice.
Do you have digging & recovery bits & pieces, a gold pan, a bottle to put gold finds in?
A new gold monster is $1433.00 I need that as a deposit when you take the detector. That of course is refundable on return of the detector in good working order less the hireage of $50 per day. That deposit is required to stop dishonest people from walking off with the detector for $50. That makes sense aye?

Cheers John, Gold Monster sounds good. I’m ok with for the other gear. I’m very experienced at finding gold, just not with a detector! But seen them in action etc. See you Thursday evening - i’ll give you a call in next couple of days to make sure the time is good. Steve
