Custom fabricated HDPE flares / floats and powerjets

More 6 inch powerjets and flares out the door.
Still impressed with how good the inside comes out .

Also discovered these pvc swing check valves .

They are available female female bsp .2 inch is only $60 odd retail price . Rated to plenty of pressure and very non restrictive.
Could be good foot valves.
I want them on my pumps as my pumps can fight each other through the manifold on the 24 nozzle jet and it’ll blow a foot valve off if I throttle one motor up too much before the other . Traditional non returns are expensive. Heavy. Restrictive or all 3

Looking forward to trying one of those out very soon, nice job

Is anyone interested in 6 inch ID 3mm wall thickness stainless tube for making power jets . About $300 a meter .

It is spiralweld. Is the only option for true ID sizes

Also I’m buying the same in 2mm wall thickness so now can offer pe powerjets that fit into an existing keene flare.
Raw hose or keene collet slip fit on the other end available

6 inch ID spiraweld 2mm thick stainless.
Basically using it as a joiner to enable HDPE power jet to fit into existing 6 inch flare .

Also a 7 inch entry so the steel sleeve that is already glued to many hoses .

Ideally id just make it fit directly to the OD of the hose like mine

So basically it can directly replace existing worn out 6 inch powerjets

Other than you might need longer pressure hoses ??

Now offering 3 inch hose to 40mm powerjet nozzles on any configuration you can think of .

Can be reduced with stainless etc to fine tune pressures

One piece flare and powerjet is coming soon . Any oversize you want really .

4 inch is 6mm through out .

Single twin tri jet or quad is your choice. You can plumb it though

2 jets of the same area has 30% more perimeter ( water engagement) than a single

options for 5 6 and 8 inch from 6 10 12 or 15 mm thickness

Depending on weather you want it to last for ever or if you have to carry it

40 mm hole through 180 OD 6 inch ID at 11 deg

Trio of 4 inch ID flares heading all over the country this week.
5/6 mm thick throughout. Bare flare for an old 4 inch undersized powerjet is 2.8 kg .

One with a sleeve to fit 4 inch hose on a suction nozzle.

Most important one is powerjet and flare one piece 4 inch ID and waay over sized collet for the convoluted suction hose . 4.5kg

Ive since learned that proline state their onepiece jet and flare units outlast steel jets by 4_5 times over and they’re relatively thin so one piece every size is the go.

6 mm if ya wanna carry it.
11 mm for normal ideas.
14mm thick if you want super duty

6 inch one piece coming soon

Yea so there goes the 8 inch setup.
Recently made this over built asf 6 inch.
Stainless sleeve to fit inside existing keene flare.
180 silicon bends to suit existing pressure hose lengths

They’ll perform fine .they are full flow smooth 180s and a bellmouth into nozzles

Ive since found some larger radius 180 bends

Developing a 4 inch dredge based on similar style to mine . Single 250 diameter pipe float per side

Engine on 2 cross bars like a proline .

Powerjet can pull out easily so you can drag the whole lot around without it acting like the cockle digger on a short legged dog

All 3 cross bars identical.

Floats are symmetrical

rear bar adjusts box angle up and down the rear wall of float.
Float rear wall recessed so you can drag them down the road and not eat into the sealed chamber.
250 diameter float is 6kg per meter

First one is getting towed behind a jetski shortly so look out .

Bonus Pic of a new chang compressor converted to “elevated intake pipe “ spec.
Also ill tell you all for free those compressors 5000% need a decent relief valve close to them . It easily blew my gauge off the chart

Next weekend theres going to be a flow and pressure test of a p180 on a gx200 v dong wei 180 on chonda vs Dong wei 180 on a titan 6.5 hp and probably a titan wx20 because I happen to have one

Can tell you now the dong wei (or copy? Of a copy of a dong wei) has far shorter throw in the vanes. Itll either use more hp and flow more or itll just cavitate more at lesser flows than a genuine p180

Probably should get in the river . Oh well its only getting warmer and the price is only going up

4 inch flare price please,cheers.

What about a power jet? Flare & power jet are separate. Usually.

JW :cowboy_hat_face:

What are you asking exactly? Theres plenty of pictures of separate powerjets ive made up there ?

People can have 2 piece or 1 piece.

Proline is single piece
