Hi Im Westport based. Carters Beach was developed around the 50"s I guess looking at the houses out there. The domain area is quite large. All it really had was a cricket pitch and hockey fields. Wasn’t and isn’t a high use area. Over the years much waste concrete/rebar has been dumped along shoreline to halt erosion. There may be a little currency etc. From the odd event/circus. Put it this way, I’m not rushing out there.
