Don’t expect to be flooded with people tripping over themselves offering you what you are asking. But like you say, you don’t know if you don’t ask.

Yes I agree, but people want more than what the public areas have on offer. Thinking someone’s private claim has gold in abundance & want the owner to hold their hand & take them & put them on to better gold straight away without doing the hard yards themselves out in the field finding it for themselves out in the wild.
