Access via Paper Roads

Salcrete his lawyer explained all that to him when he bought the place cut the lock phuk him.

B3st thing now days is if the farmer has a firearm that you see ,even a gun case, if you ring the cops his firearms licence will be taken, ex0lain that too em they generally calm down quick

So, what happens when the local farmer road follows the paper road but then for like 50m it diverges from the paper road and there’s a fence where the paper road should be according to the map?
Can’t use the diversion as that’s trespassing on the Farm’s land… And can’t use the actual paper road as there’s an actual fence…

Ring the local council on the monday tell them that you recording the call and if its still like that next monday ya will be cutting the fence. Ass covered

This is the part in question… And as you can see there’s even a tiny piece on the top right also moving outside the paper road area…

Wat map is that that you are using, pocket maps by outdoor access uses one chain measurement for its width which is roughly 20metres wide same as a shingle rd. Any farmer that gives ya grief over veering of course in his paddocks is being a clown and should be treated as one. I find the local council for the district to be awesome helpful, if ya get a rep for no malice on farmers land. By law they meant to have a sign on each side of there gates stating public rd, i have found maybe 3 of these ever always on the side seen when coming out never have i seen one on entrance side. Point that sorta thing out to council but tell them you not worried about it. Ima guess they contact cocky and explain that and he humbly leaves ya alone. Because if ya pushed it council would enforce it.

I remember reading somewhere that it’s lawful to use the road even if it deviates from paper road on map as the intention is still the same.

Obviously it needs to be going on the same general direction. Apparently this was tested in court and had been established as a precedence.

Yep dude the more i studied it, in the old days at least cockys didnt put stock in those paddocks cause they basically have no rights themselves in there, ie poaching of sheep was commonplace, councils give then rates relief like crazy over those sorta rds. And each council has someone just for those rds. I recon thats why ya find em so helpful these days had job 4 yrs , finally get to do what they are paid for.
