Maybe we should start paying rent according
to DOC. Who have done nothing on the West Coast.

DOC considers charging miners rent.
As long as they drop the current land access charges etc. and any free work they currently expect you to do like blue duck surveys. Then it’s just a rebrand of the existing fees.
