blah blah blah, its not so much as being too hard but being a complete waste of time.
youd literally be better off to crowdfund, setup a claim and then gift it to the nz public via the ministry/doc or whoever the hell deals with that stuff. its only a few grand, if your 2000 signatures all paid $2 youd have a tier 3 permit.
youre literally just another group of bludgers wanting something for nothing, be a bit more proactive then that and maybe you guys will have more luck.
theres others ways to go about it then just wasting everyones time. whens the last time a petition actually done anything let alone one with only 2k signatures? and have you checked out how many petitions are currently active? theres so many theyre just meaningless now
lol.. classic… so gogold the difference with this petition is that the proces for change is already in place .. claims and areas of recommendation for a PFA are already in place ..no need to buy a claim .. the hard part is the actual establishment of an area into a PFA ..its a unique type of reserve .. the Gabriel’s gully PFA took NZPAM’s nearly two year to establish because of red tape. Requires lots of time and resources .. also I want good karma from the gold gods!,lol!

Wow. You seem a little bit upset considering that people just want a few more fossicking areas.
