Dammit - it is NOT supposed to go up as I intend going to Auckland to pick up a ‘little’ for my kids when I sell a property I have…great investment as well as silver and so much fun checking prices every day to see how many potential dollars you lost or made in the preceding 24 hours!

Yes the price of GOLD is rising rapidly. Since the start of this thread one month ago the price of GOLD has risen neally 200 dollars.

I had not looked at the prices over the months so if it has risen $200 an ounce then the person I know is worth many thousands more now then he was a month or two back but bet he doesnt feel any better for it…in fact I know hes a bit peeved off as he was going to go to Auckland to buy 3 kgs of the stuff (3 X 1 kg Perth Mint Bullion bars - the ultimate Lego brick) if it stayed at the low price.

Yes, definately been busy. Alot of wet weather up here as you know. I work outdoors so been doin the catch up thing on the fine days. Had some scary flood damage here…wo.
Havnt been detecting of late - very keen to get out there.
Seen a couple of new treasure hunting shows on the tele, one was Hoard Hunters - based in the UK. It;s a bit like that show Diggers but not as cool i thought.
The other one is like Dig World War 2, cant remember the name of it.
