That would make sense but were lucky enuf if they admit anything atm, penalties will force the bad eggs underground.
did you know the rarer the bird the more funding they get to try to keep it from extinction. so why not kill a few off to keep numbers down that way they get more of our tax payers money that’s why they throw 1080 every where to kill our birds not to mention every thing else
