Advice on upgrading Sluice mats

Hoping some one can give me some feedback on upgrading the mats in a Keene A52. Gold Hog mats? If so which type? Or something other than Gold Hog?

im with you , I wouldnt change mine works fine

I found out the hard way, that gold hog mats dont work efficiently in a dredge environment, ok they were efficient at not retainimng black sand, but along with that they lost about 20% gold. In sluice box your water velocity will be less so probably work better, but in my opinion, nothing works better than miners moss or similar.

Hog Mats are shit dont use them. Ok in a clean up sluice but thats about it

Thanks for all the advice. I will steer clear of Hog Mats and swap out the standard mat for some miners moss.
